Founded in 1906 by Howard Lee as a hardware and ironmongery shop, the business soon became a well-established Industrial Supply Merchant under the name Howard Lee & Son Ltd. Now part of the Troy Group, their national buying power has evolved and has opened up access to Troy’s £1.2 billion collective group trading power, expanding their capabilities to provide an even higher quality of product and service to their customers.

Client service remains at the heart of the company's ethos, being supplemented by an experienced sales and technical support staff and a distribution network using a large fleet of vehicles. Their 30 plus members of staff with an in-depth knowledge of many thousands of specially selected products enable them to offer support to meet the needs of industries and individuals within the region.

Open to trade and the public, they have two Trade Counters strategically located at Dudley (West Midlands) and Nechells (Birmingham). Howard Lee & Son Ltd offer a range of services, including regrinds, cutting tool repairs, key cutting, technical support, consignment stock and vending solutions.

 

Orders can be pre-ordered by phone or e-mail and collected at your local Trade Counter or use their free delivery service within 15 miles radius of a branch. They also offer rapid same day service on ex stock items, same day local delivery and national delivery via courier service.
